Shatter

I have been trying to purchase the Opi nail polish in "shatter" for quite some time. Today I finally bought it along with "san-tan-tonio"

Not sure how I feel about the shattered look but the tan nail color is definitely one I will be wearing a lot!!!

  

Do You Lilac It?

Ok, let me start off by saying that I'm not a big fan of the color purple, but I thought this color wasn't so bad so I bought it.... AND I HEART IT! It's the perfect Spring color and the formula from this OPI color is perfect! I have worn this nail polish for about a week and the color has held better than most OPI colors. This is definitely my current favorite and I will continue to wear this until I think it's time for a change. Do you lilac it?

Two Tone Nails

I painted my nails last night this beautiful color from MAC called "Earthly Harmony". It's like a brownish grey color and I love it! The only downside to it is that it doesn't seem to last long. Usually the color starts to come off at the end of my nails.

So then today on my lunch break I headed over to Ulta and bought some more colors. I bought this great blue color from OPI called "Dating a Royal" and an awesome lilac color as well called "Do you lilac it?".

Torn between wearing my MAC shade and wanting to try the new colors I purchased- I decided to use both.

I kept "Earthly Harmony" on and also used "Dating a Royal". I think this is fun and different. Not an everyday look but It should last me at least a day or two! I'll upload pics of the lilac color too as soon as I wear it.

Waking up in Vegas

Ever since I purchased Deborah Lippman's nail polish in "Today was a fairytale" I have become a fan of this nail polish line. The colors are pretty and some of the opaque shades only require one coat (which I love!). Nothing is more annoying than layering a nail polish 5 times just to get the color you see in the bottle.

My next nail polish purchase will be "Waking up in Vegas". Lady Gaga wore it on the cover of Vanity Fair, too!

Deborah Lippmann Nail Polish

So I have been on the hunt for a glittery nail polish for Christmas and New Years. (Hence, the glitter nail polish on my wish list!) I looked at some Sephora nail polishes and they were cute but sold out on line and in stores. bummer. But after searching some more I came across a silvery glitter nail polish that I really love!

This is a Deborah Lippmann nail polish in the color "Today Was A Fairy Tale". I did about 3 coats of this color on my clear nails and I really like how it looks. It's a bit expensive for nail polish ($20) but I think it is worth it. You can get this color here. I picked mine up at Nordstrom.
